We offer standard shipping delivery as per the following

We reserves the rights to change our shipping fee without prior notice especially during sales and promotions period.
Please expect our product to arrive within 3-5 days for West Malaysia delivery and 5-7 days for East Malaysia delivery. For Singapore and Brunei shipping within 7-14 working days from dispatch.
We are not able to deliver to PO Box addresses.
We do not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. We also do not have control over the fees imposed on all taxes, duties and customs fees.
We will not be responsible for the shipment due to the following reasons;
- Delays from any misrouted shipment once goods are handed over to the delivery company.
- Unavailability of the customer to receive goods when delivered.
- Lost or missing orders due to incorrect shipping details provided by customers

Shipment(s) returned to us may incur additional shipping fees to be re-delivered depending on reasons.
