Return & Exchange Policy

 

We are sorry that your purchase was not perfect. We do have a 14 day return policy, so do initiate the return process within this period or we will not be able to assist.

 

EXCHANGE / REFUND

Items sold are non-refundable. Our exchange policy only applies for size changing, faulty items or wrongly delivered items.

We recognize that online shopping can be challenging especially in selecting the right size. So if you are not satisfied with the fit, we offer an exchange to another size or item.

  • Exchange to lower value item – NO refunds or reimbursements will be made.

  • Exchange to higher value item – A top up is required.

Size exchange is subjected to stock availability. Whenever exchange is not possible due to stock availability, a full refund will be made. 

In cases where items are not received, a refund via the same payment method will be made after verification is completed.  A full refund will be made back to the customer (inclusive of the transaction rates charged) if they paid via Visa/ Master and e-wallets within 30 days.

Any exchange of items or refund must meet the following criteria

  • Item(s) in original packaging with labels and tags.

  • Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed (e.g. no distinct odors, blemishes, signs of wear, damaged or altered in any ways.)

  • Item(s) were not purchased on discounts, or purchased utilising non-returnable coupon codes 

  • Proof of purchase is required prior to return.

Do note the following

  • We have the right to deny the refund/exchange of the item(s) if the above requirements are not met.

  • The Original Shipping cost is non-refundable

  • Except for faulty items or wrongly delivered items, shipping cost to return the item(s) will be borne by customers

 

RETURN

To initiate an exchange/return, you are required to write in your request to admin@zhoora.co with the subject RETURN/EXCHANGE or drop us a message via the contact page on our website. An instruction on how and where to send the package will be provided upon the return approval. Item(s) sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

SHIPPING FEE

The original shipping cost will not be refunded for returned item(s).

The exchange or refund shipping fee for return item(s) will not be covered or reimbursed except for defect or wrongly delivered item(s). We will not be liable for the item(s) lost or damaged during the return process until it arrives at our location. We recommend to use a post service with tracking number where tracking code can be referred if necessary.

 

STEPS TO RETURN

Please send us an email at admin@zhoora.co within 14 days of receiving the item(s). Kindly provide us with the following details:

  • Your full name:

  • Contact Details:

  • Order Number (found on your order confirmation or invoice):

  • Details of preferred replacement item/s (item name, colour and size)

  • Reason for returns

Once return request is approved, we will process your return. Once your return is received, it will be heavily inspected. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. Please allow up about 2-3 business days for processing. All return which do not meet the above-mentioned criteria will be strictly declined or forfeited, no refund or exchange will be given.

 

FAULTY/INCORRECT ITEM(S)

We strive to give the best service and quality product to you. If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please email us at admin@zhoora.co  with the subject FAULTY/WRONG ITEM with a description and images of the faulty/incorrect item(s), so that we can resolve the issue for you.
